Synopsis

Ben and his parents have just moved to another city, where his mother plans to open a cake shop once Christmas and New Year are over with. But Ben isn’t happy in his new home. As soon as he walks into class at his new school he is told to sit next to Charlotte, a hippy girl who comes across as very arrogant. And he can’t seem to make friends with the other kids he encounters here, either. But then suddenly Father Christmas - Niklas Julebukk himself, complete with his own caravan - falls out of the sky and lands right at Ben’s feet! Father Christmas has been trying to escape from the evil Waldemar Wichteltod and his Nutcracker Army, who are trying to force Niklas Julebukk and everyone else in Christmas World to become part of Waldemar Wichteltod’s artificial, commercialized Christmas. But Julebukk is determined to resist. The question is, will Ben and Charlotte be able to help him?
