The media celebrates the Power Woman, a creation of new feminine virtues while, at the same time, does not discard the old virtues. This documentary compares this idealised concept with reality. Using specific examples of women from different social levels, this film shows how women are really faring at the start of the 21st century, what they lack and what they need. They talk about their everyday lives, their experiences and their feelings. It shows the void between clichés and individuals, but also the uniqueness of individual fates.
