Katrin wins a ski vacation at the Edelweiss luxury hotel in the Alps. She decides, together with her Aunt Ruth to exchange her chronic money troubles for a few days with the rich and beautiful. It doesn't take long before ski-gigolos Jan, Gerhardt, Oliver, and Matthias invite them for a glass of champagne. Ruth sees right through these five-star-gigolos, who think only of their bank accounts. But Katrin is taken in by all the attention she is getting - until the friendly, love-smitten bartender Julian lets her know their real intentions: she's the pawn in a bet waged yearly by this gigolo quartet. At first, Katrin thinks Julian is just jealous. But when she finds out otherwise, she hits on a way to turn the tables on the five-star-gigolos.
