With her courageous nature, Dr. Johanna Lohmann has now earned the respect and trust of the initially distrustful rural population and could even imagine a shared future with the veterinarian Laurenz Hofer in Großraming. Then her former boss Peter Curtius announces his visit and wants to bring Johanna back to the Munich research institute for an interesting project. But his interests are not just professional; he misses Johanna and wants to be with her. Laurenz is not unaware of the charmer's advances.
